I don’t have either symptom. I can hardly sit still sometimes. I seem to move more slowly than I used to. I have both restlessness and slow movement.

Choose the Blue that’s most like you

Light Blue manages to get through the days fairly well, and the sadness doesn’t seem as bad as it has been. But some lingering symptoms make it hard to perform everyday tasks, or engage in social activities.

True Blue experiences quite a few depression symptoms, along with feeling down. Some of those symptoms can make it difficult to function at work or at home, and getting through the day can be pretty challenging.

Deep Blue is really struggling, and is experiencing many symptoms. Every day is very difficult, and symptoms make work situations and home management particularly difficult. Relationships are also a challenge.
